Typically, a viewing is arranged, after which, if a charity wishes to use a Subsidised Workspace all it need do is agree to our Conditions of Use that include arranging suitable insurance* paying business rates** and any utilities attributable to its occupation.***
* The occupying recipient charity must arrange adequate liability insurances prior to occupation.
** Charities are entitled to 80% charitable relief on their business rates and in certain cases a further 20% discretionary relief can be awarded.
*** Utility usage will be billed monthly at We Can Help’s discretion.
